OFFICIAL CALL
Mass Meeting of the Republican Orange
County Committee
of the Party of Virginia
As
Chairman of the Republican Orange County Committee
of Virginia and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and
directed by the Committee, I, Douglas W Rogers, do hereby issue this call for a
Mass Meeting to be held at Wilderness Shores Community Center, 2307 Wildflower
Way,
Locust Grove, VA 22508 starting at 10 am local
time on March 23, 2013 for the following purpose:
To elect Delegates and Alternates to the Republican Party
of Virginia State Convention on May 17 and May 18, 2013 for electing a nominee
for the Offices of Governor, Lt. Governor and Attorney General.
Filing
Requirements
Candidates
for the election at said mass meeting shall file a written statement by mail or
in person, to Douglas Rogers at 113
Birchside Circle Locust Grove, VA. 22508, which must be received not
later than 5 PM on March 21, 2013. Postmarks will not govern. The filing form
may be picked up from Douglas Rogers at 113 Birchside Circle Locust Grove,
VA 22508

Registration
and Fees
The
doors will open at 9:30am with registration to begin at 10 am. There will be no registration fee to
participate in this mass meeting. There is a voluntary registration fee of $35
to participate in the Republican State Convention.
